How do I edit or add to my subscription?
1. Log in to your account. 2. Under "Account Detail," select "Manage Subscriptions." 3. Select the "Edit" option. 4. Once you have made the edits to your liking, click "Submit" and your new subscription setting will be saved.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to discontinue your subscription: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Under "Account Details," select "Manage Subscriptions." 3. Select the "Cancel" option. 4. Confirm that you want to cancel the subscription and click "Submit."

When and how will I be billed?
You will be billed according to the frequency you select at time of checkout. If you want to change this frequency you can 1. Log in to your account. 2. Under "Account Detail", select "Manage Subscriptions". 3. Select the "Edit" option. 4. Once you have changed your schedule, click "Submit" and your new subscription setting will be saved.

Can I change the frequency?
Yes! 1. Log in to your account. 2. Under "Account Detail," select "Manage Subscriptions." 3. Select the "Edit" option. 4. Once you have made the edits to your liking, click "Submit" and your new subscription setting will be saved.

Do I save money by subscribing?
You will always get FREE shipping on your subscription orders.

Are all products available for subscription?
All single item products are available for subscription. Currently any multi-product bundles and kits are not applicable.

How do I sign up for a subscription?
It's simple! From the product page, choose subscribe, then choose 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. The product will appear in your cart and will be delivered at the frequency you indicated.

How do I view my future deliveries?
1. Login to your account 2. Under "Account Detail," select "Manage Subscriptions." and you will see all future deliveries or be able to make edits.

How will I receive my shipments if I have multiple subscriptions?
You will receive a tracking notification email for each shipment.

Can you use a discount code on a subscription?
Yes you can and it will only be applied to the first month.

Can you use Afterpay for subscriptions?
No.
