When will my order ship?
Orders placed on supergoop.com Monday-Friday before 2pm ET (1pm CT) should ship same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time should ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. You'll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
IMPORTANT: 2-Day shipping and Overnight orders placed after the cut-off time on a Friday will not ship out until the following Monday. If you place an overnight order on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed on following Monday and received on Tuesday. If you place a 2-Day order on a Saturday or Sunday it will be processed the following Monday and received on Wednesday.
