Shipping Delays

PLEASE NOTE - We are currently experiencing high order volume and shipping delays.

Our warehouses are running a few days behind in getting orders out and as soon as your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation. Your estimated delivery date will show as pending until the carriers get the package scanned into their system and for the tracking updates to appear. Supergoop! orders placed using standard shipping may take longer than usual to arrive and/or for tracking information to appear. With this in mind, tracking updates may take up to 3-5 business days from the time of order to appear within the carrier's tracking portal. For the most up-to-date information, please reach out to your local USPS or carrier office for details on any delays specific to your local delivery area, as these vary from location to location. 

Our Customer Care Team is also experiencing high volume requests and are working their way through each and every request. We should get to your question within 24-48 hours at the most.

Due to the delivery format of certain products, U.S. Department of Transportation regulations requires aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) to be shipped by ground shipping only. Please CLICK HERE for a list of products.
