Shipping Delays

Supergoop! orders placed using standard shipping may take longer than usual to arrive and/or for tracking information to appear due to the current extreme weather conditions in certain areas and the COVID-19 epidemic. With this in mind, tracking updates may take up to 5-7 business days from the time of order to appear within the FedEx tracking portal. For the most up-to-date information, please reach out to your local USPS or FedEx office for details on any delays specific to your local delivery area, as these vary from location to location. As always, we are here to help! Please contact us if we can be of further assistance.

Please note all orders placed before 1pm CST will ship out same day (unless otherwise noted). Anything placed after 1pm CST will ship out the next business day.

Important to note, all express shipping orders placed after 1pm CST on Friday will not ship out until Monday.
