Shipping Delays

Due to high volume and carrier delays stemming from the COVID-19 epidemic, Supergoop! orders placed using standard shipping may take longer than usual to arrive and/or for tracking information to appear. With this in mind, please note that tracking updates may take up to 5-7 business days from time of order to appear within the FedEx tracking portal. For most up-to-date information, please reach out to your local USPS or FedEx office for details on any delays specific to your local delivery area, as these vary from location to location. As always, we are here to help if you need anything else and appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times.

Please note all orders placed before 1pm CST will ship out same day (unless otherwise noted). Anything placed after 1pm CST will ship out the next business day.

Important to note, all express shipping orders placed after 1pm CST on Friday will not ship out until Monday.
