Why can't I redeem my points?

First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out.  If after signing in, the drop down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the drop down menu will reflect the points available for redemption. Please note you must have a minimum of 150 points to redeem. Still stuck?
